Coursework Plan

For my coursework, I have been given a guide on how to layout and produce my piece. This is what it looks like:

1.       Preliminary – creating college magazine (front cover and contents).

2.       Blogger – recording research.

3.       Research existing magazine – companies, market research, planning, tutorials, photo shoots, surveys.

4.       Create music magazine – front cover, contents, double page spread.

5.       Evaluation.

What my blog will consist of

This is my media AS blog. I will be updating it regularly with any research I find and steps I take to complete the task. My task is to create a music magazine which will follow the styles and conventions of a magazine in that genre. A variety of techniques will be used to make my magazine look professional yet original. All photos included in the magazine will be my own, and the main program which i will use for editing my magazine will be Photoshop CS5.5. The blog will also include interviews, surveys, youtube videos, sound clips and images to clearly show the user what the coursework is like and what the blogs purpose is. With a clear interface and easy navigation, my blog will clearly show you the decisions I made and for what purpose.
