To find out what my magazine should consist of and what the price, audience and sale consistency should be, I created a questionaire asking 15 people I know what my magazine should include. It is very important that I did this, otherwise my magazine could have been completly different to what the readers wanted. Below is the questionaire I conducted:
How old are you and do you like the rock genre? - 16, yes. 47, yes. 17, yes. 17, yes. 13, no. 60, yes. 15, yes. 42, yes. 16, no. 21, yes. 10, no. 40, yes. 19, no. 25, no. 18, yes. (17-40) = Winner

How much would you pay for a special edition (comes with CD or exclusive interview)? - £3.00. £3.00. £3.99. £2.99. £6.99. £4.99. £2.00. £3.50. £5.00. £5.50. £3.20. £9.99. £3.50. £2.20. £1.99. (£4.20) = Winner

From the data I have gathered, I can now see that the age range of people who will read my magazine will be between 17-25. The cost of the standard magazine will be £2.40 and the special edition will cost £4.20. A new edition will be released every month and the name of the magazine will be called Power Chord.
